Delivery Policy

Delivery Charges:
- Orders below PKR 1500 – PKR 200 delivery fee
- Orders of PKR 1500 and above – Free Delivery
Delivery Time:
- Most areas: 3-4 days
- Faisalabad: Within 6 hours
Customers should verify their order contents at the time of delivery.

Customers will receive a confirmation via SMS/Email once their order is processed.
If an item is unavailable, our team will contact the customer for alternatives or a refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD) available.
Online payment options: Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash (03219444595-Haider Ali Wahla).

Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase.
Returns must be made at our pharmacy located at: 673-A, People’s Colony No 1 (Inside Al-Faisal Hospital), Faisalabad, Punjab 38000, Pakistan.
The original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, and complaints.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
The following items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable:
- Refrigerated Items
- Loose Tablets or Capsules
- Inhalers and Sprays
- Appliances and Test Strips
- Baby Care Products
- Surgical and Dermatology Products
- Baby Milk and Imported Medicines
Our pharmacy is not responsible for any side effects or reactions to medications.

Customers may request a refund within 3 days of purchase for online payments. No refunds will be processed after this period.
Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind.

If an order has not been received, customers must report it within 24 hours for refund processing.
Refunds for payments made via bank cards will be credited back to the customer’s bank account/JazzCash/Easypaisa only (no cash refunds).
Refunds are processed within 7-14 working days. If the refund is delayed beyond this period, please contact your bank.
